After being delayed from its planned release in January, the European Commission's online dispute resolution (ODR) platform went live on Monday 15 February.
It allows consumers, traders and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) providers to file, respond to, and handle disputes (including disputes where the trader and consumer are in different countries within the EU) online. The measures bring online retailers in line with the high street, which has been offering ADR resolution since last October.
