The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has published new guidance explaining the redress options available to victims of competition law breaches.
Competition law redress: A guide to taking action for breaches of competition law is aimed at both consumers and businesses and reflects the changes in the law made by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 as well as those due to be introduced by the European directive on damages.
